Sales Recruitment
1. Responsible for market development and customer acquisition across the entire food-processing value chain—including fermentation, beverages, baking, soy protein, soy‑based products, and food‑cleaning applications—while precisely engaging target customers such as food manufacturers, food‑additive distributors, and suppliers of food‑processing equipment, and establishing and maintaining a high‑quality customer database.
2. Gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ production processes—such as foam control in fermentation tanks, beverage filling, soy‑product cooking, and food‑grade cleaning—and their foam‑management requirements. Leveraging the characteristics of our defoamer products—food‑grade compliance, process‑specific adaptability, and safety with no residue—we provide tailored foam‑control solutions, conduct product demonstrations, engage in technical discussions, and facilitate business negotiations.
3. Responsible for end-to-end sales management, including customer needs assessment, quotation preparation, contract negotiation and execution, order fulfillment, and accounts receivable collection, to ensure the achievement of sales targets and cash‑collection goals. Regularly follow up with existing customers, monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive product enhancements, foster repeat business, and encourage referrals.
4. Conduct market research on defoamers in the food industry, gathering insights into competitive landscape—including product types, pricing structures, and application case studies—as well as changes in policies and regulations (e.g., updates to food safety standards). Analyze market opportunities and risks, and prepare a comprehensive market research report to provide data-driven support for formulating the company’s product and sales strategies.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize industry trade shows, technical seminars, product launch events, and other marketing initiatives, thereby enhancing the brand awareness and market share of the company’s defoamers in the food industry; work closely with the Technical Department to provide customers with product‑use guidance, technical training, and solutions to after‑sales issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Fulfill the sales targets assigned by the company and perform other related duties; comply with the company’s sales management policies; and submit sales reports, customer files, and other relevant documentation.
