Defoamer It is a modified silicone polydimethylsiloxane defoaming emulsion, suitable for eliminating foam in aqueous systems. This product exhibits rapid defoaming, excellent dispersibility, and—particularly after dilution—resists demulsification and oiling. It is designed for use at temperatures below 60°C (a room‑temperature formulation), offering long‑lasting foam suppression, high efficiency, and low dosage requirements. The modified silicone defoamer maintains outstanding stability in water‑based systems, boasts superior dilutability, enhanced thermal and chemical resistance, and prolonged performance, delivering exceptional defoaming and foam‑inhibiting effects even at very low addition levels. It is ideally suited for applications in printing pastes, bleaching and dyeing, scouring, papermaking, cleaning, agrochemicals, wastewater treatment, and other industrial processes.
Regarding the characteristics of this defoamer:
1. Fast defoaming and strong foam suppression; requires a low dosage; exhibits excellent water solubility and can be diluted before use, without affecting the fundamental properties of the foaming system.
2. Excellent heat resistance, chemically stable, non‑flammable and non‑explosive.
3. It can be used in acids, alkalis, salts, electrolytes, and hard water.
Regarding the method of using defoamers:
1. It can be directly added to the system requiring defoaming.
2. To better control the addition concentration, dilute with water below 30°C or with the liquid from the defoaming system before use.
3. Depending on the specific application environment, it is recommended to conduct trials to achieve optimal defoaming performance and determine an appropriate dosage.
Regarding the applications of defoamers:
1. Printing pulp, bleaching and dyeing, scouring, and oiling agents for various fibers;
2. Pulp manufacturing engineering;
3. Coating Works;
4. Water-based cutting fluids and water-based lubricants;
5. Various oil-based cleaning agents for industrial use.
