[Performance Features]

　　Methyl MQ‑type silicone resin is a novel organosilicon material characterized by a three‑dimensional (nonlinear) molecular structure with a Si–O backbone. Its structural formula is: [(CH3)3SiO1/2]a[SiO4/2]b, where [(CH3)3SiO1/2] corresponds to the M unit and [SiO4/2] corresponds to the Q unit. Depending on the M:Q ratio, its properties, specifications, and applications vary accordingly.

Methyl MQ-type silicone resin possesses the following excellent properties:

　　1. Excellent heat resistance and low-temperature performance, enabling use in environments ranging from –60°C to +300°C.

2. Excellent film-forming properties, moderate flexibility, and resistance to aging and ultraviolet radiation.

3. Excellent water repellency.

4. Good adhesion performance.

　　5. It offers excellent release performance and long-lasting durability, making it a semi-permanent release agent.

[Purpose]

　　1. Formulate high-temperature-resistant coatings for insulation, bonding, and sealing in Class H motors.

　　2. Used to formulate various waterproof coatings and serves as an ideal ingredient for the daily‑chemical industry, such as in the production of lipsticks.

　　3. Suitable as a adhesion promoter in the bonding and composite formation of inorganic and organic materials.

　　4. Can be used to formulate release agents for a wide range of materials.

　　5. It improves and modulates the peel adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesives, thus serving as a peel‑force modifier in the production of pressure‑sensitive tapes and similar products.

　　6. Used as a reinforcing agent in silicone rubber, the resulting reinforced silicone rubber is colorless and transparent, with high mechanical strength.

　　7. In the production of defoamers, a specific MQ value can undergo crosslinking without requiring solvent dilution or dissolution.

[Usage and Dosage]

　　Add directly, or dissolve in toluene or xylene before use; for applications requiring a colorless and odorless environment, disperse with a colorless and odorless dispersant (such as silicone oil) prior to use. Dosage should be selected within the range of 1–20%, depending on the specific application.

　　The product shall be stored and transported as a non-hazardous material.
