IV. Instructions for Use This product exhibits excellent defoaming and foam‑suppressing performance. First, add a small amount of the defoamer to the cold slurry; then, during the boiling process—when the soy milk reaches approximately 70°C—add an additional quantity of the defoamer. The total dosage should be calculated at 0.1–0.3% based on the dry bean weight. Employ steam heating with stirring or mechanical agitation to achieve effective defoaming. The optimal addition level should be determined through trial testing by the customer, taking into account specific operating conditions.
5. Precautions The packaging of this product can be customized upon request. Store at 10–30°C; do not place near heat sources or expose to direct sunlight. After use, ensure the container is tightly sealed to prevent deterioration. Under the recommended storage conditions and in unopened packaging, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. After the expiration date, verify that the product has not lost its efficacy; if it remains effective, it may still be used.
