This product is a 2G defoamer designed aiming at the PVC production industry, and an optimal defoamer for the PVC production.

This product is featured by high temperature resistance, shearing resistance and pressure resistance besides having the characteristics of emulsion organosilicon defoamer, and is applicable to the process of recovering unreacted VCM when the suspension and emulsion polymerization reaction stop. With excellent defoaming performance and foam-depressing performance, it effectively eliminate and depress foams in the whole recovery process, improves the desorption speed of residual VCM from PVC resin, and reduces the content of residual VCM in the PVC resin.

This product completely overcomes the technical difficulties that domestic defoamer is easy to generate floating oil and breaking of emulsion, and is a new generation product with high quality for the PVC industry.

This product is suitable for aqueous systems, and can be added into base stock or separately supplemented into tank latterly.
