Cleaning

App Introduction
Defoamers are critical auxiliary agents in the cleaning stages of food processing. They effectively control foam generated during raw‑material washing (for fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, and grains), equipment CIP cleaning (including pipelines, reactors, and storage tanks), and the cleaning of containers and utensils—whether caused by alkaline detergents, surfactant‑based systems, or enzyme‑based cleaners—combined with mechanical agitation and spray rinsing. In food‑processing cleaning, foam can impede contact between the cleaning solution and the surfaces being treated, leading to incomplete cleaning, residual soil and microorganisms, and even product loss and equipment corrosion. Specialized food‑grade defoamers must meet food safety and environmental protection standards, be compatible with both acidic and alkaline conditions as well as medium‑ to high‑temperature cleaning processes, exhibit excellent compatibility with cleaning solutions, rinse easily without leaving residues, and pose no risk to food‑contact safety.
Application Value
Enhance cleaning efficiency and cleanliness, eliminating foam‑induced dead zones and microbial residues to ensure food‑processing hygiene and safety; reduce the consumption of cleaning agents and rinse water, thereby lowering cleaning costs; prevent foam overflow that can contaminate production areas and corrode equipment, extending the service life of cleaning systems; comply with HACCP requirements for food production, mitigate food‑safety risks, and support compliant manufacturing.
