Product Overview: Defoamers are characterized by easy dispersion, long-lasting foam suppression, and high efficiency, while posing no risk of secondary pollution. They are ideally suited for a wide range of foaming systems, including industrial water treatment, power‑plant circulating‑water treatment, leather‑tanning wastewater, textile‑printing and dyeing wastewater, and chemical cleaning, as well as for defoaming drilling muds in oil extraction. The product is formulated with environmentally friendly surfactants, is non‑toxic and harmless, and does not adversely affect the bacterial growth of activated sludge, making it highly favored by water‑treatment companies.
Instructions for use: Dilute with clean water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. It is recommended to apply the defoamer by dripping or spraying in areas where foam tends to accumulate, or to add it directly at the wastewater inlet or at the pool’s outlet where flow is relatively strong. The dosage should be adjusted according to the foaming characteristics of the wastewater; typically, the recommended range is approximately 10 to 1,000 ppm.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation: This product is packaged in 25 kg or 50 kg plastic drums, or in 200 kg steel drums with an internal plastic lining; custom packaging is also available upon request. The shelf life is one year. Store at room temperature, away from heat sources, and do not add acids, alkalis, or salts to the defoamer. Keep the product tightly sealed before and after use to prevent contamination by harmful bacteria. If frozen, thaw by warming and stir thoroughly—this will not affect the defoamer’s performance.
