  Precautions

XPF‑201 defoamer exhibits excellent defoaming and foam‑suppressing performance. It can be added after foam has formed or incorporated into the product as a foam‑suppressing ingredient. Depending on the specific application system, the dosage of the defoamer ranges from 10 to 1,000 ppm; the optimal dosage should be determined by the customer through testing tailored to the intended use.

The XPF-201 defoamer can be used undiluted or after dilution. If the system to be defoamed can be thoroughly mixed and dispersed, it may be added directly. For dilution, follow the procedure outlined in the attached instructions. Do not dilute the product with water; doing so may cause phase separation and emulsion breakdown, thereby compromising product quality. Our company assumes no liability for any consequences arising from direct dilution with water or from improper processing or use of the product by other means.

  Packaging and Storage

XPF-201 defoamer is packaged in 25 kg, 50 kg, or 200 kg plastic drums. Custom packaging can be arranged upon request.

XPF‑201 defoamer should be stored in a cool, dry place; do not expose it to heat sources or direct sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts, or other substances to this product. When not in use, keep the container tightly sealed to prevent contamination by harmful bacteria. If separation occurs after prolonged storage, stir thoroughly; this generally does not affect performance. This product may freeze below 0°C; if freezing occurs, allow it to thaw completely and stir well before use—this will not compromise its effectiveness.

Under storage conditions and in unopened packaging, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
