　　 Product Overview: This product is a solid‑specific defoamer developed in response to market demand, tailored for solid and powdered materials. It features convenient storage and transportation, as well as excellent stability against degradation. Formulated with polysiloxane as the primary ingredient and an easily water‑soluble surfactant as a carrier, it is a powdered solid defoamer primarily used in cement and concrete applications. By effectively eliminating foam, it prevents excessive shrinkage, porosity, and other defects during cement or concrete processing, thereby significantly enhancing impermeability. In addition, it is widely applicable as a defoaming agent across numerous industrial sectors, including papermaking and pulping, textiles, printing and dyeing, detergents, oil drilling, chemical manufacturing, cleaning agents, modified starch production, building materials, ink formulation, and wastewater treatment.

　　Instructions for use:

　　The defoamer can be added directly to the foaming system under agitation, ensuring rapid and uniform dispersion. Alternatively, it may be dissolved in water—hot water accelerates dissolution—and then introduced or sprayed into the foaming system either continuously or intermittently, allowing for swift and even distribution to achieve optimal performance. Prepare only the amount needed for immediate use; once diluted, the solution should not be stored for extended periods. Typically, the dosage is 0.001% to 0.5% of the total volume of the foaming system; however, depending on the specific process and requirements, users may adjust the concentration as appropriate.

　　 Packaging, Storage, and Transportation: This product is packaged in 25 kg cardboard drums; store indoors. Do not allow direct contact with water, acids, bases, or oxidizers; this product is to be transported as a non‑hazardous material.
