Instructions for Use
This product exhibits excellent defoaming and foam‑suppressing performance. First, add a small amount of defoamer to the cold slurry; then, during the cooking process—when the soy milk reaches approximately 70°C—add an additional quantity of defoamer. The total dosage should be calculated at 0.1–0.3% based on the dry bean weight. Use steam heating with stirring or mechanical agitation to achieve effective defoaming. The optimal addition level should be determined through trial testing by the customer, taking into account specific operating conditions.

This product is best stored in a cool, dry place; do not expose it to heat sources or direct sunlight.
After use, ensure the container is tightly sealed to prevent spoilage. Under the recommended storage conditions and in unopened packaging, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. After the expiration date, the product should be inspected for any signs of degradation; if it remains stable, it may still be used.
